HOMEWORK

Mrs Pickett consulted a group of parents, in July 2022. They looked at Education Endowment Fund research into homework and what had the most impact on learning.  They decided on two formats of homework: 

1. COMPULSORY

• Weekly Spellings
• Weekly times tables practice 
• Reading with an adult

2. OPTIONAL

• Task based homework linked to earning bronze, silver and gold certificates.

For this optional homework we will be using the DfE Activity Passports for each year group and curriculum based tasks.
