French

Year 3 have been learning how to read and say numbers to ten in French. They practiced how to pronounce the numbers then had a go at matching the digit to the French work.

Fabulous French  

Research shows that learning a second language boosts problem-solving, critical-thinking, and listening skills, in addition to improving memory, concentration, and the ability to multitask.  

The year 3's have made a fabulous start to their French lessons this half term. They have begun to learn French greetings. The children learnt a new song to help with the procuration of these French greetings. It is such a fun way to learn and remember our French.  

Over year 3 and 4 the children we develop their French so much. They will learn numbers, colours, and how to have a conversation in French plus so much more.
